Collection System for Bad debt

A workflow-driven and browser-based collections applications that can be integrated with our CMS issuing system or is available as a stand-alone application. One of the advantages of COLLECT is that it can be used by both the on-site and remote collections team equipped with Internet connectivity and Internet Explorer ver 5.5 & later.

We have a queue-management collections system that is fully integrated with our Card Issuing System, sending and receiving updates real-time. The real-time posting engine allows either the collector or customer service representative to view balances and information without waiting for pending updates, thus preventing duplicate of effort.
